§ Mr. BryanThe question of whether these men are entitled to redundancy payments has been in dispute and the subject of proceedings before an industrial tribunal and in the High Court. I understand that the Company is considering whether to appeal to the Court of Appeal against the High Court's decision. As the company is now in liquidation, if the final outcome is that redundancy payments are due, they will be made out of the Redundancy Fund.
