§ Mr. van StraubenzeeOne hundred and eighteen projects were started in 1969–70 and 78 were completed. The corresponding figures for the period 1st April, 1970, to 31st December, 1970, the latest date for which information is available, are 24 (out of 70 due to be started in 1970–71) and 61. Eighty-seven projects are due to be started in 1971–72 and 108 in 1972–73, the first programme for which my right hon. Friend is responsible.
