§ Sir Elwyn Jonesasked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether, in view of the fact that the Commissioner of the Metropolitan Police has indicated that he will be withdrawing in July, 1971, the police road safety teams from their present duties in the schools and other spheres within the jurisdiction of road safety councils, he will make alternative arrangements for the performance of duties previously carried out by the police road safety teams.
