Mr. Roy Hughesasked the Prime Minister what further action he proposes to unify the education service in Wales following the decision to transfer responsibility for primary and secondary education to the Welsh Office, in view of the raising of the school-leaving age to 16 years and the linking that will take place between secondary schools and colleges of further education.
