§ Mr. Clinton Davisasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will call for a report from the chief constable stating in what circumstances, for what purpose and by whom, was authority given for photographs to be taken by the police of certain persons entering or within the precincts of the Durham Magistrates' Court on 21st October, 1970.
