HC Deb 29 October 1970 vol 805 c201W
Mr. Brewis

asked the Minister of Agriculture, Fisheries and Food how many applications had been received in Great Britain under the Brucellosis Incentive Scheme up to 30th September, 1970; and how this compares with the level of applications under the former Brucellosis (Accredited Herds) Scheme.

Mr. Anthony Stodart

In the 11 weeks up to 30th September, 1970 there were 6,138 applications in Great Britain for the Brucellosis Incentive Scheme. It is too early to say whether this response is representative for purposes of comparison with the Brucellosis (Accredited Herds) Scheme which attracted 6,825 applicants in the 12 months ended 31st December, 1969.
