§ The Prime MinisterAll United Kingdom passport holders in East Africa who wish to settle in this country may apply for special quota vouchers entitling them to do so, but their rate of entry is controlled. Our High Commissions advise applicants for special vouchers of their possible eligibility for employment vouchers.
