asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department what proposals he has to facilitate the entrance of British passport holders in East Africa into this country.

75. Mr. Nigel Fisher

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department if he will state his policy with regard to the operation of the Commonwealth Immigrants Act, 1968 and the entry into Britain of East African Asians holding British passports.

95. Mr. David Lane

asked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether, in preparation for his new legislation on immigration, he will make a further statement about the Government's current policy on British passport-holding Asians from East Africa.
