§ Mr. WhitelawNotepaper and envelopes are supplied in bulk by the Serjeant at Arms' Stores only to Members and their secretaries. It is therefore up to each Member to make sure that no unofficial use is made of such paper. Although there is some risk of pilferage from the racks in the House, the authori-126W ties of the House are satisfied that there is no widespread abuse.
