§ Mr. Michael HeseltineApplication for grant has been made by the highway authority, Staffordshire County Council. A Class A lighting scheme, including this length of the A525 through Madeley Village, is in its preparatory stages. Approval will be considered when the highway authority has confirmed the details of the scheme.
