§ Mr. Marquandasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry (1) whether he will issue a general direction to the National Coal Board not to apply for rent increases in respect of National Coal Board houses unless the property has been adequately maintained;
(2) whether his policy of keeping down price increases on the part of nationalised industries applies to the rent of houses owned by the National Coal Board.
