§ Mr. Anthony StodartI cannot give a precise assessment of the rise in milk producers' costs over this part of the year.
But the estimated increase of about 4d. a gallon in the producers' price during the next six months resulting from the increase in the milk guarantee which was announced on 6th October should mitigate the effect of increased costs.
