§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Prime Minister whether he will give the assurance that Her Majesty's Government will give every help and assistance to Members of Parliament, when requested to do so, in their endeavours to represent their constituents' interests in seeing that Acts of Parliament are implemented and acted upon by Ministers of the Crown.
§ The Prime MinisterI can assure the hon. Gentleman that Ministers intend to discharge in full the obligations laid on them by Acts of Parliament.
