§ Mr. Tugendhatasked the Secretary of State for the Home Department whether he is aware that there are many unlicensed agencies employing unregistered foreign girls as photographic models in London; and whether he will take action to prevent this.
§ Mr. SharplesA foreign national whose stay is subject to the appropriate conditions under the Aliens Order needs approval for employment. If my hon. Friend will supply me with particulars of any cases of suspected evasion of this requirement, I shall be glad to consider them.
