§ Mr. Scott-Hopkinsasked the Secretary of State for Social Services whether the Government accepts Recommendation No. 607 on preventive medicine and the institution of a European health card which was adopted by the Consultative Assembly of the Council of Europe on 21st September 1970; and whether they will take the measures proposed in paragraph 10 I (a), (b) and (c).
