§ Mr. Graham PageThe permission for the Coalite plant requires trees and shrubs to be planted within 12 months from the date when the development starts. The local planning authority has imposed screening conditions on the per-246W mission for the stocking ground and is considering making tree preservation orders to safeguard some of the existing trees.
