§ Mr. Tom Boardmanasked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry whether he will make a statement under Section 13 of the Air Corporations Act, 1967, about aircraft purchases by British European Airways Airtours Limited, and British European Airways Helicopters Limited.
§ Mr. NobleB.E.A. Airtours Limited is ordering, with my approval, seven secondhand Boeing 707—123Bs at a cost of up to £10.4 million for delivery in time for the 1972 season. We have also agreed that B.E.A. Helicopters should purchase a further Sikorsky S61N helicopter at a cost of up to £630,000.
