asked the Secretary of State for the Environment whether he will publish, in respect of each unremunerative railway passenger service, the amounts he has undertaken to grant aid under Section 39(1) of the Transport Act, 1968, the length of the undertaking and the amount of grant which will be paid in the applicable years.
