§ Mr. James Johnsonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether he will place in the Library of the House a copy of the official policy document presented to him by the Common Market Governments relating to the common fisheries policy.
§ Mr. RipponNo such document has been presented by member Governments of the European Communities. The Commission of the European Communities has submitted to the Council of Ministers draft regulations on fisheries. These appeared in theJournal Officiel of 174W the European Communities on 27th October; translations of them will be placed in the Library of the House as soon as possible.
