§ Mr. Dudley SmithOn 20th April, 1970, the date of the last annual count of the Disabled Persons Register, the number of people registered as disabled at the Doncaster Employment Exchange was 2,932. On 12th October, 1970, 14.3 per cent. were registered as unemployed; on the same date the national average of unemployment among registered disabled persons was 11.6 per cent.
