§ Mr. Skeffingtonasked the Secretary of State for the Environment how many Section 19 cases under the Leasehold Reform Act, 1968, have been given his preliminary approval; how many still remain to be dealt with; and how many have been approved by the High Court.
§ Mr. ChannonThe total number of applications made under Section 19 was 258, of which 75 were subsequently withdrawn. Ninety-five applications have been granted, 71 refused and 17 remain to be decided. I have no information about the number of schemes approved by the High Court.
