§ Mr. Anthony RoyleOur proposals for an interim levy scheme for beef form part of the Government's policy to change the present system of agricultural support as outlined by my right hon. Friend the Chancellor of the Exchequer on 27th October, 1970. We are in touch with our major suppliers and have had a multilateral meeting at which the following were represented:
