§ Mr. RidleyThe figures at present published exclude the capital value of buildings and showrooms, but treat as a cost the rents on leased premises, and notional rents on premises owned by the area electricity boards. Nor do they show up-to-date valuations of the capital employed. I am considering whether this treatment is adequate.
