§ 83. Mr. Biggs-Davisonasked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs whether, having regard to the anxiety expressed by Her Majesty's Government over the high rates of increase in the budgets of the United Nations budget and the Organisation's specialised agencies, he will state what reductions are to be made in future United Kingdom contributions to those budgets and to that of the International Atomic Energy Agency.
§ Mr. GodberOnce the regular budgets are approved there is an obligation on Member States to contribute the share apportioned to them. This the United Kingdom have always done.
