§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Lord President of the Council whether he is aware 41W that Ministers' replies to Members' correspondence addressed to the House of Commons just before the weekend is not reaching Members until the following week; and whether he will ensure that when Members request correspondence to be addressed to their homes and offices to prevent these delays the Departments act accordingly.
