§ Mr. Lomasasked the Secretary of State for Social Services if he will issue instructions to all local authorities to issue incontinent pads free of charge to all incontinent paraplegic patients either at their home or in other types of homes which are not private nursing homes.
§ Mr. AlisonLocal health authorities have been requested to provide these items to all persons needing them, and they can do so for people in residential homes. It is for each authority to determine whether to meet this request, and, if it does, whether to make a charge.
