§ Mr. Anthony GrantBy international agreement traffic separation schemes have been introduced in the Dover Strait, off the Lizard and the Scilly Isles. In the light of recent events we shall be discussing shortly with the interests concerned whether we should recommend to other Governments further traffic separation schemes in the English Channel. Discussions are also taking place in the Inter-Governmental Maritime Consultative Organisation in preparation for a Conference to revise the general collision regulations.
