asked the Secretary of State for Social Services what estimate he can give of the total amount of unemployment benefit paid out in respect of men normally engaged in the building and construction industry in Great Britain as a whole and in Scotland, respectively, in the most recent 12 month period for which figures are available together with an approximate indication of how much this amounts to on average per man per week.
