§ Mrs. ThatcherThe 1971–72 Design List, which will form the basis of the starts programme for 1972–73, includes primary and middle school projects to the value of about £4.8 million for the Northern Region, compared with £3.8 million and £4.0 million in the starts programmes for 1970–71 and 1971–72 respectively.
