§ Mr. PeytonYes. The Port of Bristol Authority have been informed today that the West Dock scheme has been authorised under Section 9 of the Harbours Act, 1964. A decision on any application for grant under Section 12 of the Act will be made in the light of the Government's current review of the future of port modernisation grants generally.
