§ Mr. Michael Cocksasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications (1) if he will give a general direction to the Post Office to exempt members of local authorities from the obligation to share a telephone line if required;
(2) what categories of user are exempt from the obligation to share a telephone line if required.
§ Mr. ChatawayThese matters now fall within the managerial responsibility of the Post Office and I have no ground to intervene.
