asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he is aware that some companies wish to purchase instead of lease Government-built factories on industrial estates; and whether he will take steps to meet the demand for such purchases.

We are always ready to consider the sale of our factories wherever this is practicable, and if my hon. Friend has any particular cases in mind, perhaps he will let me know.
