§ Mr. HigginsInformation on the first part of my hon. Friend's Question could only he obtained by special inquiry. I understand that the Committee on Invisible Exports has begun a study on invisibles and entry to the E.E.C. I would expect the effect of entry to be on the whole favourable to this trade.
§ Mr. Martenasked the Chancellor of the Exchequer if he will make a statement on the Government's policy to the Werner Committee Report on a European Monetary Union.
§ Mr. HigginsThe Werner Report has now been presented to the Council of Ministers of the Community. The Council is expected to discuss it later this year, and we shall, of course, follow the discussions very closely.
