§ Mr. RipponAs my right hon. Friend the then Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster told the hon. Member for Wythenshawe (Mr. Alfred Morris) on 13th July the working of the Agreement is kept under constant review and we are in regular contact with the Government of the Irish Republic on this matter.—[Vol. 803, c. 121.]
