§ THE MINISTER OF STATE, DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND SOCIAL SECURITY (LORD ABERDARE)A survey in the summer of 1969 showed that 91 per cent. of these patients had less than 70 square feet of bed space. Hospital authorities have been asked to plan to 917WA provide not less than 50 square feet of bed space and 30 square feet of day space for patient by 1974–75.
