Mr. Bob Brownasked the Secretary of State for the Environment what steps he intends to take following the issue of Ministry of Transport test certificates in 188W respect of an unroadworthy vehicle registration number ATJ 620A by a number of his authorised examiners.
§ Mr. Eldon GriffithsInvestigations have now been made into the allegations about wrongful issue of test certificates for this vehicle. In line with normal procedure the three garages concerned have been notified that withdrawal of their authorisation to test is contemplated and their comments have been invited.
