§ Mr. Arthur Lewisasked the Secretary of State for the Environment in view of the fact that the enforcement departments are refusing to take action on reports made to them by Members of Parliament and the general public of unlicensed road vehicles being used on the road illegally, whether he will seek power to compel the appropriate authority to deal with matters referred to them by the general public concerning licence enforcement.
