§ Mr. Gordon CampbellUnder the Urban Aid Programme introduced in 1968, approval has been given to the provision of over 1,000 new nursery places in areas of special social need in Scotland. Proposals for 300 places are now under consideration and I hope to approve 163W further proposals as the programme continues. Further developments will take place as resources permit.
