§ Mr. Colemanasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if, in view of the widespread concern expressed at drug taking amongst school children, she will take steps to institute an investigation into the problem in the schools of England, so as to identify the size of the problem and to make recommendations as to its solution.
§ Mrs. ThatcherWhile there is little reliable evidence available, I share the hon. Member's concern. I am giving this matter my close personal attention and will bear his suggestion in mind.
