§ 107. Mr. Straussasked the Secretary of State for Education and Science if she will detail the purposes for which the additional £1 million for the arts programme, as stated in paragraph 17 of Command Paper No. 4515, will be used.
§ Mr. van StraubenzeeThe £1 million will be generally available for the arts and will be used in the same way as other available resources to meet the most urgent and pressing requirements. It will not be possible to give an indication of details until the estimates for 1971–72 are published.
