Mr. William Wilson

asked the Secretary of State for Trade and Industry if he will introduce legislation to compel the owners of unincorporated concerns to display their names and addresses on all premises at which the concern's business is conducted.

Mr. Ridley

I am not convinced of the need for such legislation; but I will consider any information the hon. Member may care to send to me on the matter.
