§ Mr. PeytonThe main categories of traffic offences carrying either endorsement or disqualification are listed in the First Schedule to the Road Traffic Act, 1962 which has been amended in detail by subsequent enactments. With the exception of offences under Section 16 of the Road Traffic Act, 1960 (leaving vehicles in dangerous positions) the offences there listed may be committed while the vehicle concerned is in motion. Parking and waiting offences do not carry either endorsement or disqualification.
