§ Mr. van StraubenzeeIt is for the Lancashire Local Education Authority to determine what schools it needs. The county's programme of projects to be started in 1971–72 which I have just approved includes 22 primary schools at a cost of £1.9 million. This is the second largest allocation to a county.
