Friend the Member for Perth and East Perthshire (Mr. MacArthur), who has made more general representations about the policy embodied in these regulations. I have informed my correspondents that I do not propose to amend the regulations for the licensing year beginning in May, 1971, but that I am reviewing the position in consultation with my right hon. Friend the Home Secretary and the Gaming Board.
