HC Deb 05 November 1970 vol 805 cc433-4W
75. Mr. Tilney

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs from what developing countries of the Commonwealth aid has been reduced or stopped because of action unfriendly to the United Kingdom or British interests.

Mr. Wood

Aid to Tanzania was run down in 1968 because of disagreements over pension obligations to British expatriates. These disagreements have now been resolved.
