asked the Secretary of State for Scotland if he will hold consultations with the Scottish fishing industry over the terms of entry into the Common Market.

Mr. Gordon Campbell

Terms of entry are a matter for negotiation between the United Kingdom and Community and my right hon. Friends and I are well aware of the anxieties of the fishing industry. We are taking them into account in the negotiations.
