asked the Secretary of State for Social Services how many people suffering from physical incapacity, such as seriously to impair their ability to walk, live in the county borough of Dudley.

Mr. Alison

The number of persons registered with Dudley County Borough Council on 1st October as substantially and permanently handicapped, other than those with defects primarily of sight or hearing, was 801. Separate figures for those with difficulty in walking are not available.
