§ Mr. David Howellasked the Minister of Posts and Telecommunications if he will give figures for the additional revenue raised by the Post Office in a full year as a result of the price increases imposed in 1968 and 1970.
§ Mr. Stonehouse:Estimates of the yield from the 1968 price changes are given in Post Office Report and Accounts, 1968–69, Appendix 4. The 1970 Telecommunications tariff increases are expected to yield about £65 million in a full year.
