HC Deb 29 May 1970 vol 801 c605W
Mr. Frank Allaun

asked the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs what further action he proposes to take towards securing peace in Indo-China, in view of Her Majesty's Government's responsibilities as co-Chairman of the Geneva Conference.

Mr. M. Stewart:

I shall continue to work, both as Foreign and Commonwealth Secretary and as Co-Chairman of the Geneva Conference, for an early end to the conflict in Indo-China and a lasting settlement on the basis that my right hon. Friend the Prime Minister and I set out in the debate on 5th May.
