HC Deb 28 May 1970 vol 801 cc574-5W
Mr. Judd

asked the President of the Board of Trade whether he will make a progress report on British trade policy since the second meeting of the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.

Mr. Mason:

We have taken an active and constructive part in all U.N.C.T.A.D.'s continuing work. We strongly support early agreement on the implementation of a system of generalised preferences and continue to play a leading rôle in discussions of commodity arrangements.
